production and exploration of oil and natural gas reserves primarily in the Rocky Mountain
States. The Company owns leasehold, development and exploration opportunities and maintains
production operations in the following states: Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota.
BPH's assets include interests in 131 active wells and approximately 195,000 net undeveloped
acres. Staff includes 25 employees in the Billings headquarters and 8 employees in the
Gillette, Wyoming, field office.
